  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you cancel within on hour is free After 1 hour, there a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. If products have already being shipped, orders are not refundable.

  • How long does it take for my order to deliver?
    Depends on the area and shipment type selected. For overnight or next day orders will be delivered following day, for standard shipments orders are delivered on average between 2 to 4 business days.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive an email with tracking number and login to trace the shipment
  • Which carrier do we use?
    UPS is the main solution for local shipping, other companies might be used based on the best solution for our customers
  • Can I return my order?
    Due to hygiene nature of our products and safety of our customers, all sales are finals and we cannot accept returns; therefore no refunds are allowed. Refunds for other reasons will be decided case by case
  • How long does it take to have a refund?
    It can take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed once it is approved.
